Delivery Terms & Conditions
It is best for you to be at your property when we deliver or to have somebody with a good knowledge of your requirements available to guide us to where you want your delivery made. If you can not have someone available to meet us, you will need to leave explicit instructions to ensure that your delivery is made according to your wishes. Our drivers will take all practicable care and apply common sense while delivering in your absence, but Intelligro will not be held responsible for deliveries that are made in your absence that do not fully meet your expectations.
When we arrive at your property our driver will advise you if they can see a problem with your delivery requirements, and may not oblige you if they feel there is danger to personal safety or damage to property likely to occur during the delivery process. The delivery will be completed at the sole discretion of our driver and with all practicable care and attention. Intelligro will not be held responsible for any damage sustained to your property during the normal course of delivery. We do not have any right to travel on council property nor to leave our products on council property including streets, footpaths and berms. If we do have to travel across another parties property it will be your responsibility to gain permission for this and at your risk for any property damage sustained during the normal course of delivery.
