Delivery Terms & Conditions

It is  best  for  you  to  be  at  your  property  when  we  deliver  or  to  have somebody  with  a  good  knowledge  of  your  requirements  available  to  guide us to  where  you  want  your  delivery  made.  If  you  can  not  have  someone available to  meet  us, you  will  need  to  leave  explicit  instructions  to  ensure that  your   delivery  is  made  according  to  your  wishes.  Our  drivers  will  take all  practicable   care  and  apply  common  sense  while  delivering  in  your absence, but  Intelligro will  not  be  held  responsible  for  deliveries  that  are made  in  your  absence  that  do   not  fully  meet  your  expectations.

Property Access and Responsibility:

The customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for providing clear and safe access to the property for our heavy vehicles. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that driveways, entrances, and any access routes are suitable for heavy vehicle delivery.

Site Inspection:

Our drivers will take all practicable steps to ensure a delivery is made safely, and within our customers’ expectations. Our driver will assess the site to ensure it is safe, and if so, they will proceed with the delivery.

If the tip off location is either not safe or not suitable, our driver will talk with you to establish an alternative tip off spot. 

Delivery Authorisation:

By placing an order, the customer authorizes our heavy vehicles to access the specified delivery location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions, permits, or approvals for heavy vehicle access are obtained, if required by local regulations.

No Responsibility for Property Damage:

Intelligro takes no responsibility for any damage to property, including but not limited to driveways, walkways, landscaping, lawns, or structures, caused during the delivery process by our heavy vehicles. This includes if the customer asks the driver to tip off in an alternative location that was not previously agreed upon.

Assistance during Unloading:

If required, the customer agrees to help during the unloading process to ensure the safe and secure delivery of goods.

Notification of Concerns:

In the event of any concerns or issues related to heavy vehicle access, the customer must notify Intelligro promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Liability Limitation:

Intelligro shall not be liable for any damage to property or any other losses arising from heavy vehicle delivery, provided that Intelligro has followed reasonable procedures for delivery.

Acceptance of Terms:

I, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the above terms regarding the delivery of my product. I agree that Intelligro will not be responsible for any damage which occurred during the normal course of delivery.
