Super Scree Mulching Bark is one of our top-selling mulches. It is best described as a fine "shredded looking" pine bark. Customers love this mulch as it becomes quite resistant to wind disturbance if kept in place for 5-6 weeks. We recommend that you wet it thoroughly after application, and continue this for a few weeks to help with the settling process.
This bark has a number of excellent properties that will add benefits to your garden and soil.
- Protects your soil from the heat in summer and cold in winter
- Maintains a more even soil temperature
- Prevents weeds from coming through when applied at 100mm
- Helps to retain water in the soil during warmer months
This product weighs approximately 350kg/m2

We don’t judge a range by how much fits on the shelves. Everything here, from compost to garden gloves, is something we know, rate and would use at home.

How much do you need?
Too little means a second trip. Too much means paying for product you didn't need. Put in your measurements and we'll work out the quantity of soil, compost, mulch or stone.
- Measure length and width in metres, depth in centimetres.
- Odd shape? Split it into rectangles and add them up.
